St. Joseph Our Lady's Hall Rental

Our Lady's Hall is located at 272 Main St Kingston, MA. You'll have access the kitchen, tables, chairs, and enough space for guests to roam and entertain. It's great for parties, social events, gatherings, etc., and has a large parking lot to accommodate guests.

- Rental Fee:
  
  $200 - non-members fee for use of the hall (plus a separate fee of $125 for a deposit to be returned after hall is inspected)
  $75 - members fee for use of the hall (plus a separate fee of $125 for a deposit to be returned after hall is inspected)
  $50 - if the hall is not returned in the same cleanliness it was provided a fee of $50 will be kept from the deposit to cover the cleaning crew charges. Any damages to the hall will be accessed and charged/billed if in excess of the deposit. The remaining deposit will be returned after inspection.
  
  The above fees are for hall usage and includes tables, chairs, kitchen, and up to 4 hours unless otherwise approved before the event.
- Applicant agrees to fully comply with the rules governing the use of the facility.
  
  Please call one week ahead to notify number of chairs and tables needed.
  
  This contract may not be assisgned to another group or individual other than the applicant above.
  
  It is the applicant's responsibility to leave the facility secure and accepts responsiblity for any damage sustained during the use of the facility.
  
  No alcoholic beverages will be allowed in or near the facility.
  
  No smoking allowed in or on the premises.
  
  Nothing is to be taped or tacked on the walls.
  
  It is expected that the building be left as it is found. Trash should be removed, the kitchen cleaned, floor cleaned, chairs and tables returned as directed by the custodian. The applicant is responsible for set up and breakdown, unless otherwise directed. Please ensure that all stoves, ovens, and electrical applicances are properly turned off.
  
  It is expected that groups will stay in their assigned room and not wander throughout the building. It is further expected that proper supervision will be given to all children.
  
  Applicant agrees to be responsible for any damage to the building including, but not limited to cleaning stains from spilled beverages or food, broken furniture or fixtures.
  
  Conduct must be courteous at all times. Sensitivity to our neighbors is of utmost importance.
  
  There is a maximum of (4) hours use for the event, unless otherwise approved.
  
  The maximum numberof people using the facility at any one time is 200 table seated.
  
  Sts. Mary & Joseph Collaborative has the discretion to make adjustments or modifications to the above rules and fees where appropriate.
